Overseeing three churches in Hyderabad City and three churches in Kakinada area, the Muthyalas are also involved in leadership training, youth ministries and sunday school teacher seminars.

Subash grew up in a Christian home. His parents were missionaries and had a great influence in his life. He committed his life to full-time ministry at an early age. Subash received his BTh. Pastoral and Missions from Grace Bible College in 1993.

Sandra was saved at the age of 18 while going through first year of medical school, and the Lord closed this door and opened the door of Grace Bible College. While at GBC, she attended a missions conference (URBANA) where the Lord showed the need for missionaries around the world and there she committed her life to missions. Sandra is the CE Director for Hyderabad area. Sandra received her Associates of Religious Education from Grace Bible College in 1991.

The Muthyalas have two children, Theodore-Austin and Sabrina-Liz.
