Grace Ministries International:
Ricki Anne is a missionary servicing under GMI who has recently returned to the States from the country of Costa Rica after serving her first term. She was saved in second grade but didn't fully commit her life to Christ until a short-term missions trip to Haiti in 1990. It was then she realized that God truly wanted a personal relationship with her. She made a commitment to live for God and go anywhere and do anything for Him.
She has a bachelor's degree in retail merchandising and a bachelor's degree in family and consumer education. She taught high school and it was there that she became involved in ministry opportunities in a secular setting by coaching volleyball, serving as co-advisor to Fellowship of Christian Athletes, teaching a women's Bible study for staff, and serving as an FHA advisor. She also attended Grace Bible College for biblical studies in theology and missions.
Prior to attending Grace Bible College in 1999, Ricki Anne had attended Grace Bible Church in West Allis, WI, where she was involved in nursery and toddlers, 5th and 6th grade Sunday School, the Child Protection Committee, worship team, the missionary committee, and the women's Bible study.
While in the States, Ricki Anne will be pursuing further education in the area of women's ministries. Following her year of study while on home assignment, Ricki Anne will be going to Uruguay to work in the area of women's and children's ministries in the church in Montevideo.
