Opportunities for Fellowship, Growth, Edification and Ministry
Sunday School – 9:30 AM.Some think Sunday School is just for Children. Yes, we have Sunday School Classes for all ages of children, but there are also five different Adult Classes. The Word of God rightly divided is central to the ministry of ABC. Sunday School provides a relaxed atmosphere for fellowship and opportunities to ask questions. Each class also has regular activities ranging from Bible Studies, Corn Boils, White Water Rafting, Family Gym times, Bowling nights, and more and more.
September to May Boys Brigade – 3rd grade through 12th gradePioneer Girls – 3rd grade through 12th grade Pioneer Clubs – Kindergarten through 2nd grade Dad’s and Pal’s – Men and Women that pray and remember special days in their Lad’s or Gal’s life. These groups meet every Monday night from 7:00 – 8:45 PM from September to May for fun activities, games, crafts and spending time in God’ s Word. Raise up your children in the admonition and the nurturing of the Lord.

Middle of February
Altoona Bible Church Preschool – The Altoona Bible Church Preschool has been developed as an "outreach" ministry of the Altoona Bible Church. It is a self-supporting, non-profit school and functions under the supervision of the Altoona Bible Church Deacon Board.Enrollment is open to all preschoolers 3-5 years of age within the Altoona Bible Church family and the surrounding community. The school year runs from Sept. - Mayptember through May. A well-supervised program is carried out in keeping with the needs of each child.
Youth Groups
begin every Sunday evening at 6:30
PM from September to May. These groups are dynamic and fun, filled with excitement around the Word of God. There is a group just right for any school age child.
Junior Church
is church for kids. We have Junior Church for preschool to third grade children. After the fellowship of hymns and songs in the main service area with the adult congregation our Junior Church kids are dismissed to junior church where they will have Bible lessons more suited to their age.
Supervised Nursery - We have a supervised nursery for the youngest of our attendees. Mothers and fathers may drop off their children at the nursery and enjoy the worship service confident that their children are being watched and appropriately cared for. Mothers can also use the Nursery to personally care for their babies. 
UBU is just that! Jr High through Sr High young people get together twice a month for a special activity. One of those activities is an informal time of gathering and fellowshipping in the Gym. Basketball, Fussball, Air Hockey, Volleyball, Board games are typical favorites. The other activity each month varies, whether it is going to hockey game, having a hay ride, having a Pizza Bible study, or a progressive dinner. Young people have a great time with other Christian youth. They can just be themselves. YA's are Young Adults. This group of young adults get together twice a month for a special activity. One of those activities is an informal time of gathering and fellowshipping in the Gym. Basketball, Fussball, Air Hockey, Volleyball, Board games are typical favorites. The other activity varies each month, whether it is going to a hockey game, having a hay ride, having a Bible study Game Night, Canoeing or a progressive dinner. Young Adults have a great time with other Christians, sharing their faith. They also have an annual retreat!!! Call the church office for information.
Church Choir - The church choir is made of men and women in the assembly who enjoy praising and worshipping the Lord in song. Each Sunday morning and evening the choir has an opportunity to share in song during the worship service. The choir practices every Wednesday after prayer service.
